In January, IHRSA asked 30 of the most prominent names in the fitness industry to weigh in with their forecasts of what our business will look like this year.  IHRSA is a prominent trade association that has been serving the health and fitness industry for over 25 years.  I had the privilege to be asked to share my vision in Ask an Industry Leader.

I think it’s going to be imperative for the fitness and insurance industries to join forces and reward individuals for healthy behaviors and share data to establish best practices to lower health care costs.  With this support and this network, we make it impossible for anyone to slip through the cracks and not pursue a healthier and better quality life.   We all know what a healthier workforce means to business: it gives us a very healthy bottom line.
