Industry Leader Richard Little joins Plus One Health Management

NEW YORK, NY, September 1st, 2006 – Plus One Health Management, Inc. announced today J. Richard Little, M.S. has joined the company as a Regional Vice President. Little will focus his efforts for several accounts in the south and mid west region. Little comes to Plus One after a fifteen year run with the world-renowned Cooper Aerobics Center in Dallas, Texas. Starting with Cooper’s research division, where he supervised a comprehensive worksite wellness program. Then with the Cooper Fitness Center, he managed a successful personal training department generating $2 million per year in revenue. Finally, as Executive Director of Cooper’s consulting division, he assisted hundreds of organizations with strategic planning, program implementation, and facility operations. Prior to his work with Cooper he served as assistant athletic director at a large commercial health club and as a work hardening coordinator with a sports physical therapy clinic.
He has been actively involved with IHRSA, ACSM, and MFA throughout his career and presents regularly on topics such as exceptional customer service, successful club operations, exercise and diabetes, profit centers in the club setting, and successful worksite wellness programs. “Rich is a proven leader, innovator, and experienced professional in on-site corporate wellness programming, and both corporate and commercial club management.
