Combined Company to Deliver Industry-Defining Fitness and Wellness Platform for Corporate and University Clients in the New England Market

New York, NY, November 20, 2006 – Plus One Health Management, Inc. announced today that it has assumed management of the private fitness centers of Fitcorp, a provider of workplace fitness and wellness services in New England. The acquisition will strengthen Plus One’s national prominence as a leader in the health management industry, as well as open significant new lines of business development.  Fitcorp will retain ownership and management of its network of public facilities.   Financial terms of this agreement were not released

Founded in 1979, Fitcorp was Boston’s first company to offer health and fitness promotion programs as part of a company’s employee benefits package.  Plus One will take over management of Fitcorp’s portfolio of private fitness management contracts.  As an amenity, Fitcorp provided members of their private sites access to their award-winning network of public fitness centers, which were rated the Best in Boston in 2003, 2004 and 2005.  Working with Plus One, Fitcorp will continue to offer this amenity.

After assuming management, Mike Motta will continue as Plus One President and Chief Executive Officer.  Gary Klencheski, Fitcorp Founder and President, will become a member of the prestigious Plus One Advisory Board.  Additionally, Dave Shelby, Fitcorp’s current Director of Operations will become Plus One’s Regional Vice President overseeing the new sites and seeking out new ones in the New England market.
